My name is Seipati Motlopye, Founder and Executive Director of Exquisite Women at Work (EWW). Starting and running my organisation was never part of the plan; however, I knew that having the opportunity to go to varsity was the seed towards community development and upliftment. Community development has always been my passion, and due to that passion and drive, I decided to dedicate my understanding, expertise and knowledge to serve communities wherever possible.
Sharing my knowledge and expertise drove me to further my studies and educate myself in order to impart my knowledge to others; so, I eventually launched and registered EWW as a Non-Profit Organisation.The motive behind launching EWW was to offer support, upskill and provide young girls and women with knowledge and fundamentals that are priceless, which would assist them with improving their lives.

It was launched on the 09th of August 2015. Founded by a young woman called Seipati Motlopye. It was formed to encourage women to discover their inner strength, purpose and helping them to discover their willpower and fortitude. We deal with different issues that women are affected by and provide encouragement and support. We are all about invigorating change for women.
