My name is Seipati Motlopye, Founder and Executive Director of Exquisite Women at Work (EWW). Starting and running my organisation was never part of the plan; however, I knew that having the opportunity to go to varsity was the seed towards community development and upliftment. Community development has always been my passion, and due to that passion and drive, I decided to dedicate my understanding, expertise and knowledge to serve communities wherever possible.
Sharing my knowledge and expertise drove me to further my studies and educate myself in order to impart my knowledge to others; so, I eventually launched and registered EWW as a Non-Profit Organisation. The motive behind launching EWW was to offer support, upskill and provide young girls and women with knowledge and fundamentals that are priceless, which would assist them with improving their lives.
My journey in varsity was nothing short of amazing. I worked hard and became the Regional Deputy Secretary for UNISA’s Economic Management Sciences Student Association, known as EMSSA. While busy with my responsibilities in this role, I was then appointed as the Learning Ambassador at the UNISA Chance 2 Advance Programme (C2A). This programme is a national learning campaign which is being rolled out in communities across the country. This role has put me in a great position to meet people from diverse backgrounds and assisted me to learn more about philanthropy. Moreover, I used the skills and expertise I obtained, along with my qualification from UNISA, to serve communities.

but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
